Rios left the corporate world to venture as an entrepreneur, and has been the CEO of Frances Rios Enterprises for 12 years. Through her company she has had an impact on thousands of women, men, and companies in the Americas, by her dynamic-interactive conferences and proprietary diagnostic tools.
